What does Pre-order mean
Pre-order means we don’t produce any more or any less than what is ordered. This means that every time we launch a new collection, we wait for new orders to come in to begin producing. You automatically qualify for a 30% off discount at launch when you place an order. After two weeks, when the first batch of orders begins production, the discount drops to 15%. Finally, the product is offered at full price and will be in stock, therefore ready to deliver so you can enjoy them straight away, but at a higher price.
How long is each Pre-order phase?
After a collection is launched, it takes us approx I'mately two weeks to determine accurate demand levels for each item.
Once this time finishes, we begin producing, and the discount drops to 15% for ongoing pre-orders. This would be the second batch of orders, which takes about six weeks to produce.
Finally, the product is offered at full price and will be in stock, therefore ready to deliver so you can enjoy them straight away, but at a higher price.
Why pre-order
1. YOUR WISH IS On DEMAND:
0% waste is 100% on-demand. We produce only what you order.
2. EARLY BIRD GETS A REWARD:
We launch new capsules every three weeks at 30% off for a limited time only.
3. GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME:
Your item is produced from scratch so it’ll take a while, but it’s the sustainable journey that matters!
You don't have to wait for prices to drop to get your favorite styles.
How do I know if a product is on Pre-order or just on SALE?
We don’t believe in sales. In fact, we’ve fully reversed the traditional sales calendar. When you see an item at a discount of 30% or 15%, it means it was launched recently. In order to incentivize pre-order shopping, we give you this discount at launch, not after.
Why are some sizes in stock and some in pre-order?
Whenever we launch a new product, all sizes are in pre-order. However, because not everyone is 100% satisfied with their product, an item might get returned eventually. When this happens, it becomes in-stock because it has already been produced. This is why some sizes appear in stock.
