Booking Policy
All bookings begin with an initial consultation between the client and an authorised representative. During the consultation process, the client will: • Present their business needs, operational concerns, or project requirements. • Share relevant information regarding the store, brand standards, staffing structure, operational challenges, or any other areas requiring evaluation. • Discuss desired outcomes and expectations. • Receive guidance on the most suitable services based on the information provided. The consultation may take place in person, virtually, or telephonically depending on the nature and location of the project. 2. Manual Booking Process Please note that all bookings are processed manually. Clients will not be automatically booked through the website. A booking will only be confirmed after the following steps have been completed: 1. The consultation has taken place. 2. The client has fully presented their case and business requirements. 3. The store or business environment has been evaluated. 4. Payment for the consultation and/or evaluation has been made where applicable. 5. Both parties have agreed to proceed based on the outcome of the evaluation and consultation process. Once these steps have been completed, an authorised representative will manually confirm the booking and proposed service plan.
